Product Description
DNS BestLife Passion Fruit Juice Concentrate
Passion Fruit is a round shaped tropical fruit slightly smaller than the size of a lemon. The skin is usually dark purple or sometimes yellow, and the inside is filled with small-sized seeds. It is unique and bold in both fragrance and flavor, which mostly are served directly or freshly squeezed juice.
The DNS BestLife Passion Fruit Concentrate contains more than 90% of real passion fruit juice not only with its original smell and flavor, but also with real fruit seeds which certainly brings out the texture and freshness just as eating a real passion fruit.

Technology & Equipment
1. Gas Chromatography- Mass Spectrophotometer (GC MASS)
The GC MASS and the FID can detect and analyze the aroma, alcohol, and minor pesticide in the volatile components such as vegetable/fruit juice.
2. High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)
Combined with equipment such as UVD, RID, FLD, the HPLC can select and examine the nutrition in the juice such as sugar, acid, Vitamin A, C, and plant active ingredients such as catechin, soy isoflavones, and preservatives. Also, with the PDA and FLD, it can analyze the bioactive ingredients in the juice and plant extracts, and the Carbamate in the pesticide. It is also complimented with the AMDS software which can automatically search for the best chemical analysis conditions.
3. Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (AAS)
It can break down and examine minerals inside the juice such as sodium, potassium, and iron.
